Our goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Period: Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period.
  2. Condition of Products: To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
    • Unused: The shawl must not show any signs of wear or use.
    • Unwashed: We cannot accept items that have been washed or altered in any way.
    • Undamaged: Products must be free from tears, stains, or any form of damage.
    • Original Packaging: Items should be returned with all original packaging, tags, and any accessories received with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been damaged, worn, or altered.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support team at WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm if your return is approved.
  3. Shipping: Upon approval, carefully package the product and ship it back to us. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
